Overseas orders Postage quotations and delivery times will be given on request and when ordered, invoiced to you directly. Returns A full refund (less postage and packing) will be given on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, for any reason within 14 days. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be accepted for a refund. Hygiene Regulations Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems associated with the inspection of Horse ware mean that we are unable to handle or inspect used items unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974) Important Note Walk-on has been designed as an aid to help load horses and encourage foals to walk on. We will not accept any liability for accidents to any person or animal where Walk-on is used. In purchasing Walk-on you, therefore, accept full liability.
